DELIVERY

Do you accept orders outside of Australia?

We accept online orders from Australia and New Zealand and deliver only to those countries.
Please contact us via email or telephone +61 1300 957 921 if you have any questions regarding international deliveries.

 

How long will my order take to arrive? Delivery within Australia

  • 2-5 working days for Metro Australia
  • 5-10 working days for Rural Australia

Delivery within New Zealand:

  • 7-14 working days for all of New Zealand

Sorry we do not offer C.O.D or rain checks.

 

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Australia

  • $10.00 flat rate for orders under $80.00
  • Free standard shipping for orders above $80.00
  • $15.00 express shipping available for orders below and above $80.00

Delivery within New Zealand:

  • $20.00 flat rate for orders under $80.00
  • Free standard shipping for orders above $80.00
  • Express shipping is not available for New Zealand customers

 

My delivery hasn’t arrived, what can I do?
You should receive an email notification with a tracking number for every purchase you make at www.justbecauseshoes.com.au. You can use this tracking number on the Australia Post website within Australia to track the progress of your delivery. Please contact us on +61 1300 957 921 for any queries relating to your delivery, our help center is open Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5pm AEST, otherwise you can email us: info@justbecauseshoes.com.au.

 

GENERAL ENQUIRY

Can I be confident entering my credit card details on your site?
Your online credit card transactions are secure with Just Because. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We never store your credit card details.

 

Can my private details be trusted with you?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Afterpay, Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

 

On the payment page it's asking for a security code, where can I find this?
The card security code is the last three digits above signature strip on the reverse of your Credit or Debit card (or the front of American Express cards)

  

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my footwear for a refund if I change my mind?
We will refund or exchange unsuitable footwear if it is returned in a re-saleable and unworn condition. The products must be in the original packaging as they were delivered in and they should include proof of purchase and be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please choose carefully when purchasing from this site as you will be responsible for the delivery costs back to our office. See more information on the Just Because Returns and Refunds page.

What do I do after getting my instant refund?
After using Refundid your refund process is complete. If you have not shipped back your items, you must do so by sending them to the address specified in the Just Because returns policy and provide Refundid with the relevant shipping tracking number. SIZING

What size will I be and where can I find a size guide on the Just Because website?
All product pages have a link to the size guide. Just Because sizes may vary a little from style to style, we will always suggest to follow the size guideline which is standard across all products listed on www.justbecauseshoes.com.au.

If you are between sizes we will suggest to go up a size, as you can always use insoles or party feet to pad out the shoe should it be a little roomy!
